Ah-choo!

Been stuck in bed for the past two days with the flu, so I'm sorry for the lack of posts. For some reason over the past year, I’ve been getting sick way too often. Not “rush me to the hospital” sick, just “I can’t get out of bed” sick! Literally spent 2 whole days sleeping and watching entire seasons of Grey’s Anatomy. Sounds pretty awesome, I know. But it made me realise how much I love my job and how much being a designer means to me.. was actually happy to be back at work this morning :)

The Print Collection

How pretty is this packaging? Stella McCartney has matched her signature fragrance to her runway with a limited-edition trio called ‘The Print Collection’. The bottles are dressed with antique botanical prints and vivid, rich colours from her Spring 2011 Resort Collection. Love how the ad captures the narrow bridge between fashion and perfume. If you like floral scents or you are already a fan of the original, these would be a great edition to your dressing table!

South Africa has spoken. Dave Van Vuuren is the season 7 Idols winner! Was beyond happy when his name was announced :) I have been a huge fan since day one. My favourite performance of his was Don McLean's 'Vincent'. Check it out. Amazing
